Follow these steps to add and edit a card profile.
1. On the main navigation, select Cards > Manage Card Profiles.
2. The Manage Card Profiles page opens. Click New Velocity Profile.

| Profile Name | Enter a name for the profile (max of 50 characters). |
| Card Type | Only driver card is available. |

| Transaction Time Controls | Select the days and times transactions are allowed on this profile:

| Transaction Volume Controls | Select the amount of usage allowed on cards under this profile and the amount of money that can be spent.

4. When finished, click Save Profile at the bottom of the page.
5. The page refreshes and returns you to the Manage Card Profiles page. Your new profile will display in the list.
6. Click the Status column to turn a profile On or Off. Click an edit gear icon to edit a profile.
Note: Turning a card Off will move it to the bottom of the list.
7. Make edits as needed. You can edit any of the details on the card profile. Click Update Profile when finished.
8. Your changes are reflected immediately. For this example, the profile name was changed from “001Apr18” to “Profile 4”.
9. To assign a card to the profile, select Cards > My Cards.
10. Click the edit gear icon in the row of the card you wish to edit.
11. Change the card’s profile to your newly created one. Then, click Update Card.
12. The card is now assigned to your new profile. Continue this process to assign as many cards to the profile as needed.
