Open an internet browser and type in https://simplyui.cardmanagementonline.com/login/ in the address bar. Then, press enter on your keyboard.

On the Online Account Management Login page, click Forgot Password.

Enter your user name and email address.

Click Submit.

A message displays confirming that an email was sent to you.

Check your email for a message titled SelfServe Password. Click the reset password link in the email, which expires in 24 hours.

The link directs you to the Account Confirmation page. Enter the answer to your security question.

Click Submit.

A message displays with your temporary password. Copy this password exactly as it displays. Then click Login.

You are returned to the Log In page. Log in using your temporary password.

A message displays prompting you to change your password. Enter the temporary password in the Current Password field. Enter your new password in the New Password and Re-enter New Password fields.

Click Next.

Answer your security question.

Click Submit.

You are logged into your account management website and your new password is now setup.
